We gather info to understand your story, pain points, & goals. Together, we build a treatment plan (or psychological report) with tools you can use between sessions. You’ll always know the “why” behind what we’re doing.

We’re two highly effective, culturally-competent psychologists (& sisters!) who combine clinical excellence with genuine care, and offer personalized support. We honor your unique background, and use evidence-based approaches that lead to real, lasting results.

Adults seeking therapy or children/teens (ages 6+) seeking testing through our sister site, Step Up Child Psychological Assessment Services. Whether going through a tough season or seeking clarity through testing, we’re here to help.

Take a breath. We don’t view you as just another appointment on our calendar. You’re a whole person with a real story. As sister psychologists, we built this practice to feel like care that actually cares: attentive, affirming, and effective. So relax; you’re in good hands.

Therapy with us is collaborative and we’ll support you every step of the way. We use approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and family systems to help you move forward. Sessions move at your pace, guided by goals, encouragement, and accountability.

Testing (for ages 6+, provided through StepUp Psych) can help identify strengths, challenges, inform diagnoses, and provide next steps. We use testing to determine what’s going on, why it’s happening, and what to do to level the playing field.

For clients who desire it, we thoughtfully integrate biblical worldview and faith-based coping with gold-standard psychological care. Here, your faith is honored and your healing is guided by evidence-based methods and discernment.
