General Services
We provide therapy, coaching, supervision, psychological testing, and Christian/faith-integrated counseling (only if requested). All sessions are offered via telehealth for your convenience.
No, we do not prescribe medication; however, we can provide referrals to psychiatric professionals upon request.
Therapy can help with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship and friendship concerns, cultural issues, boundaries, assertiveness, self-esteem, self-confidence, stress, and feelings of inadequacy, among other things.

Therapy involves licensed clinicians with graduate training, supervised clinical hours, and licensure exams who can diagnose and treat mental health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, trauma). Therapy can often be billed to insurance.
Coaching is less regulated and focuses on forward-looking growth (confidence, mindset, career goals) and is usually self-pay. Many people benefit from therapy first to heal deeper issues, then transition to coaching for ongoing growth and accountability.

Yes—currently all sessions are provided virtually. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis depending on your provider’s availability.
Your first visit is a biopsychosocial intake (~60 minutes). We review your medical history, medications, sleep/appetite, mood, coping, past treatment, relationships, family, culture, spirituality, supports, current concerns, and goals. It’s conversational and collaborative. Most intakes finish in one session; if more time is needed, we’ll schedule a second session.
Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes. Most clients begin weekly, then shift to biweekly or monthly as symptoms improve.
Yes. Therapeutic fit is crucial. If a provider isn’t the best match, we’ll connect you with someone else or provide referrals.
Insurance & Payment
Yes. We currently accept: Aetna (via Headway solely), Anthem, AvMed (Open Access via UHC), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Florida Blue, Medicare, Optum, Oscar, Surest, UHC/UBH, and UMR.

We don’t currently offer a sliding scale, but we have reduced-fee therapy sessions available with our supervised intern. Use our contact form for details.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, and JCB credit cards. We also accept HSA/FSA cards that have a Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or American Express logo. Note: PIN-only debit cards aren’t supported.
If an HSA/FSA charge is declined, your card issuer may need to allow transactions coded under our Merchant Category Code (MCC). A quick call to the issuer usually resolves it.
Confidentiality & Records
Yes, therapy is confidential—with a few legal limits (see the next question).
We must break confidentiality if you intend to seriously harm yourself or others, if there is abuse/neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult, or if records are required by a court order. In legal or workers’ compensation cases, records may be requested. Otherwise, what you share stays between you and your therapist.
Yes. You can sign a Release of Information (ROI) form and we’ll securely send your records to the authorized provider.
Logistics & Policies
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee (emergencies excluded).
We’re located at 499 NW 70th Ave, Suite 105, Plantation, FL 33317. There’s ample free parking on site.
Yes, our office is accessible.
Special Populations & Services
We primarily serve adults for therapy and kids for assessments. Exceptions may be made at the provider’s discretion. For teens/adolescents, we can provide referrals as needed.
Yes. We’re happy to integrate a Christian/faith-based approach upon request.
